John F. Wood
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality
Mr. Wood has more than 15 years of regulatory affairs experience and been Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality since joining Lithera in September 2008. Before joining Lithera, Mr. Wood headed Regulatory Affairs and Alliance Management at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., serving as Exenatide Program Leader and primary interface with Eli Lilly and other strategic partners. Prior to Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Mr. Wood held regulatory leadership positions at Quintiles Consulting, IDEC Pharmaceuticals and Gensia, Inc., and has played a significant role in the original approvals of RITUXAN®, SYMLIN®, and BYETTA® in US and international markets. Mr. Wood has a BS in biology from UCSD, and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Mr. Wood serves on the local board of directors of JDRF. [Back to Management]
